You don’t need to live at the gym or even have a membership! You don’t have to have a personal trainer on staff to be in good shape. You don’t need to do hours of painful, strenuous exercise to be toned and fit. It all comes down to what habits you have. I specialize in making it easy to change your body. JAGfit is based on gradually getting yourself into healthy habits. It’s perfect for people who want to take control of their own health and fitness but don’t know how to get started or for people whose current fitness program doesn’t work for them anymore.

If you want to get in shape, you have to eat smart and drink water, you need to stretch a little, exert a little force and relax a little. In your initial twenty-minute consultation, I’ll find out what you want to be and show you what you need to do to become that. We’ll find that perfect compromise between what you want to achieve and how much you’re willing to do to get it. Everyone is different but I might give you specific exercises, stretches, relaxation techniques and/or simple dietary habits to get into and we’ll work together fitting them into your schedule so that you can do them. Every week, you’ll have another session with me. We’ll check in with your progress and give your program any needed updates. You’ll be taking charge of your own fitness,.
